For all of you Californians who don't understand the legacy of anti regulation and environmental destruction once rife in the former Republican state, there's abandoned underground storage tanks from old closed or insolvent businesses that the state remediates to protect drinking water. Higher taxes on corporations and lower taxes on individuals making less than $250,000 a year is a fantastic idea. Because you know, the last several rounds of large tax cuts resulted in /no/ savings to customers passed on.

In reality, not all taxes are passed through.
