Also Obama tried to get an official government warning out about the Russian meddling, but McConnell blocked him. So it's odd to place the blame squarely on him.

I think I've been very clear about Russia. I don't think they helped Hillary lose the election and I don't think the Trump Administration colluded with them to fix the election.

Even when little Don meets with an agent of the Russian government to get sensitive information advertised as coming from the Russian government they made excuses.
