Depending on where you live, but gas stations around my area are offering upwards of $18.50 per hour for third shift and $17 for first/second shift.

You really should stop trying to always talk down to people about things you don't know about, this way you'll come off sounding less like a retard.

/Some/ areas in the nation have higher costs of living, some states have higher minimum wages, but let's not pretend California's wages apply to the entire country.

$200 in underground tank fees for a 10,000 gallon underground gasoline tank, omg. They're gonna have to sell an extra couple of cases of snickers bars a year to cover that outrageous cost.

That fee is charged every time they add fuel to the storage tank. It's not a monthly or annual fee.
