It's been around since the 80's but it appears to be growing in leaps and bounds.

As some of you may or may not know, I'm subletting an apartment until mine is ready (issues with other tenants or something), today Nolan is in the kitchen making breakfast and he's like "Oh wheres the spatula?" and I was like "Oh it should be in the drawer to the right of the sink" "Its not there"
We proceeded to open ever cabinet and drawer, look behind the stove and fridge, NO SPATULAS IN THIS WHOLE PLACE.

who the fuck doesn't own a spatula? I have at least 4 that I didn't bring because it said "Fully furnished including dishes, utensils, and pans" You know!?

I'm going to the dolla store and I'm gonna buy this girl a spatula.

Also, until this post I never knew how to spell spatula properly, thx spell check thing in firefox.
