That's not an issue for the average person. In fact, there are only six living people in the United States who could possibly have a claim of executive privilege. A special master will slow things down. So what? If someone is to be charged with a crime, then the accused should be given every opportunity to defend against the accusation. Slowing things down may not work in Trump's favor in the long run.
Whether he is charged or not, we will end up at the same place. If Trump is convicted, Biden will pardon him.
