I think his hands are smaller than average but they're not cartoon tiny. Like Taernath said, not as much anymore, but in 2015/16 he took the bait and responded (like he does to almost everything) to the hand size stuff a few times so people stuck with it as what they see as some sort of sweet roast on Trump.

Yeah but in Trudeua's case it was in 2001, everyone knew better at the time, even though he's claiming that "now" society knows better.
