Where's that immigration reform proposal your eluding to? Any and all bipartisan legislation attempts have been thoroughly shot down by Conservative Repooblicans in the House. If you want reform, write your representative to get off their ass. If you want fewer immigrants in cold climates, tell the Texas Governor to stop bussing his new Texans.

New Texans, lol. Hey we’re just giving them a free ride to the sanctuary cities. I love how Democrat mayors and governors claim to be welcome these illegals with sanctuary for all, until they get a tiny fraction of the horde entering Texas on a daily basis. Then they bitch about how much of a burden it is on their resources & infrastructure.

National security and border enforcement isn’t contingent on immigration reform. Also, Democrats had 2 years of complete control of government & didn’t get immigration reform done. It wasn’t a priority for them then. Why is it now? Maybe because American voters, including minorities leaving the party in droves, are fed up with Biden’s broken policies? Too late.

It isn't? Are you referring to executive powers which allow the President to circumvent existing immigration and asylum law? Because if you are, I'd refer to several federal courts decisions on executive orders regarding the same.

Remember when Conservative hero Ronald Reagan granted amnesty to all illegal immigrants in the country prior to 1982 via Republican drafted legislation? Interesting that the party who cries about the need to return to Reagan principles forget he legalized 3 million illegal immigrants.

We didn't have this issue from 2017 to 2021. It started in 2021.

It has been a crisis for almost all of the Biden Administration.. but this is an election year and they finally care what the voters think.
