How is this trial even being allowed? There is way more than reasonable doubt that he is innocent.

Because as usual Democrats eventually make a mockery of everything once they get into power.

I'm a day behind on watching the trial but I have to laugh at the prosecutor trying to make the case that since the one-armed bandit "only" had a pistol and Rittenhouse had a big bad scary AR-15 that the one-armed bandit wasn't a threat to Rittenhouse.

Is this even real life anymore? Whether a pistol or an AR-15 it only takes one bullet to seriously injure or kill someone. This isn't a fucking pissing contest here. "Mine's bigger!"

Apparently so. If someone has a bigger gun you're apparently supposed to lay down your weapons and surrender.

The prosecutor then goes on to give Rittenhouse shit by saying something along the lines of "You thought he was going to shoot you with his pistol, but he never did, did he?"

Of fucking course not because Rittenhouse shot him before the one-armed bandit could shoot him. Is this the bar for self defense in Wisconsin with Democrats in charge? You're only allowed to defend yourself AFTER you get shot at? I'm sure Alfster would agree with that statement, he seems to want the government in complete control over his life.

The first guy you shot didn't have a gun, knife, club, or any other weapon correct?

The second guy you shot didn't have a gun, knife, club, or any other weapon correct?

The third guy you shot only had a pistol and it wasn't pointed directly at you when you shot him correct?

Like what even is this shit? I sure hope the jury is a real jury and not a bunch of political activists because surely they must see right through this prosecutor's bullshit.

I was confident Rittenhouse would walk on everything, but I think the prosecutor made up ground today. Who knows what's going to happen, I think it's how politically charged the jurors are will determine the outcome.

Not really paying attention becauseI have better things to do, but if he's so obviously innocent what idiot lawyer let him take the stand?
