Was pretty happy with my post FWI fest haul-

You see Dendum the Wind in the Willow.
He appears to be a Forest Gnome of the Wendwillow Bloodline.
He is average height and appears to be of full age. He has aubergine-flecked dark blue eyes and sun-kissed, light brown skin. He has raggedly cut, thick grey-brown hair that has a slender braid at the temple adorned with a suede-wrapped silver hawk feather. He has a broad nose and a grey-brown beard worn in multiple braids. Tiny flecks of sea blue have formed within his pupils.
He has a carved gnomish pipe clenched between his teeth, a stylized raven inked in thick bold lines on his arm, a Wendwillow bloodmark tattoo on his neck, and a curved virescent rose thorn in the upper ridge of his left ear.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a ko'nag spoon in his right hand.
He is wearing some handwraps, a hedgehog hide huiteo, a talisman, a ko'nag-pinned cloak, an egg, a tightly woven basket, a beaded beaver pelt baldric over some crude armor, a dappled bear hide quiver, a wombat hide pouch, and some leather footwraps.

Appearing at first glance to be no more than a small carved wooden egg, the ovoid carving has been shined till the grain of the wood has taken on a warm sheen. Small imperfections add to the overall effect, highlighting the smoothly flowing lines of the grain. On the top of the egg is a small bezel that appears like it could hold a gem, while a small leather strap holds it in place. Seated inside the egg's bezel setting is a sovyn-incised diamond, which radiates an iridescent glow.

A marvelous display of miniature wood working, the carved spoon has a smooth pale ko'nag bowl with visible grain flowing in a delightful pattern from left to right, while the handle of the spoon has alternating leaf and feather patterns carved so that the space between them is cutout. The ko'nag spoon appears as if it could be used as an excellent eating utensil.

You see Arulisse the Life Giver.
She appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
She is average height and appears to have come of age. She has subtly slanted, faintly crimson-haloed, bright heather blue eyes and soft, immaculate alabaster skin. She has layered, silky obsidian-hued hair swept up into an intricately knotted bun, adorned with a pair of interlocked flowering brambles. She has a delicate face, a straight nose and a narrow waist.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a cylindrical rowan sewing case slung over her shoulder, an ivory cotton pelisse accented with ruffled voile, a narrow milky white batiste gown with an eyelet lace hem, an embroidered yellow apron, a bracelet of gilded copper leaves with faint patina streaks, and a pair of delicately-pointed glossy white kidskin poulaines.

Crafted from pale, creamy white rowan, this case is formed into a perfect cylinder. Inlaid into the wood at both ends are rounds of delicate copper filigree, wrought to mimic the natural curves of leaves and thorns. Blackberry-hued cotton lines the interior, separated into compartments of varying sizes. A simple copper corkscrew clasp cleverly worked into the lining serves to keep the case closed.

Headed off to Cysaegir to try to master cobbling.. at 440 ranks now.

Finally got around to throwing together something that isn't horrible barbarian armor. Decided on the plain, practical look of someone with little money and a limited grasp of fashion:

She appears to be a Human from Seareach.
She is short and appears to be young and untried. She has sleepy sky blue eyes and tanned skin. She has waist-length, straight pale blonde hair framing her face in a disheveled, carefree style. She has a square face and a series of freckles over her nose and across her cheeks. She has a thin, scrawny build.
She has a grinning sea thrak tattoo on her arm.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing an ora-boned chocolate suede corset, an open-necked raw linen shirt smattered with wrinkles, a pair of brown linen trousers secured with a leather belt, a thick thrak hide knapsack, and some knee-cuffed oiled leather boots.

There's a lot to be said for "horrible barbarian armor." The one from earlier in the thread is awesome. But this! ^^^^ I like this, too!

Still getting my bearings after having been gone for so long (again,) but here I am:


You see Master Teveriel Anduin Vaalor the Exemplar of Voln.
He appears to be an Elf.
He is tall and appears to be mature. He has brooding steel grey eyes and fair skin. He has shoulder length, straight silver blonde hair gathered from the temples into a half-ponytail. He has a chiseled, angular face, a well-defined hawkish nose and well-muscled shoulders and arms.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a somber black hooded longcloak, an old villswood greatshield slung over his shoulder, a full suit of brightly polished steel platemail, an ebon-veined white marble band, a low-slung black leather swordbelt, an antiquated black lacquered scabbard, a black velvet drawstring gem pouch, a small black leather kit, some black wool pants, and some heavy black leather boots.

Ye Olde Undead Hunting Gear. Not much has changed, but it's good to be back. :)

Posting for Aihan, because I think he looks fantastic.

You see Aihan Tha'enaketh the Watcher.
He appears to be a Sylvankind of the Lassaran D'ahranal.
He is taller than average and appears to be in the spring of life. He has silver-mottled, stormy blue-grey eyes and tanned skin. He has very long, tousled sandy blonde hair that has a slender braid at the temple adorned with a suede-wrapped grey goshawk feather. He has an angular face, a thin nose and long pointed ears.
He has a gale of primal whorls tattooed in grey ink from right shoulder to wrist.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a mithril and amber doe totem, a crossed back quiver and bow sheath, a hooded autumn-hued chainsil cloak fastened with an amber teardrop clasp, a sylvan recurve bow slung over his shoulder, a sun-streaked braided leather satchel slung over his other shoulder, some suede vine-twined handwraps, some bark-like auric green scalemail, a feather-lined stag hide vest over a leather-laced raw linen shirt, a faded brown herb kit covered in grass and mud stains, a simply woven belt of cinereous goshawk feathers and earthen-hued chainsil, some supple cured stag hide pants, and some thin-soled doeskin footwraps.

You look closely at Aihan, examining a sylvan recurve bow. Whirls of mithril trace fanciful patterns along and around the length of the finely crafted bow. Linden heartwood and horn are layered together to give the weapon durability and a powerful draw. As beautiful as it is useful, the bow has been polished until it gleams softly and a light stain has been applied to bring out the grain of the wood. [H4H bow]

>inspect handwraps
You look closely at Aihan, examining some suede vine-twined handwraps. Supple strips of brushed suede are plaited together and affixed to these pliant half gloves. The suede strips can be unwound and rewound easily and are held in place by winding dirge-vaon vines that start from the wrist and twine over the hardened knuckle pads. Intricate tooling at the cuffs depicts a stylized goshawk caught in mid-flight.

You look closely at Aihan, examining some bark-like auric green scalemail. Thin sheets of hammered imflass have been laboriously worked to mimic a tree's bark and leaves. Every leaf has individual characteristics, from furled edges to detailed veins, as they overlap to cascade densely over the shoulders and hips. A protective overlay of bark-like plates and scattered leaves cover the torso and limbs, riveted to a sturdy leather base. Most of the metal has been left to its natural green-gold hue with only hints of brown to highlight its exquisite craftsmanship.

You look closely at Aihan, examining a feather-lined stag hide vest. Smoke-treated stag hide has been cured and carefully sewn into a slim-fitting, lightweight vest. Burled faewood slipped through woven leather toggles keeps the garment fastened, and a light draping of mottled grey and white goshawk feathers adorn the seams at the chest and shoulders.

You look closely at Aihan, examining some supple cured stag hide pants. Fashioned from the skin of a mighty stag, the supple pants are sturdy in construction. Braided suede cording laces the outside of each leg and cinches the waist snugly.

>inspect footwraps
You look closely at Aihan, examining some thin-soled doeskin footwraps. Secured with sturdy hide cords, the thin soles of these sylvan footwraps are made to allow the wearer to feel subtle variations on the ground, allowing for better footing.

You see Rohese Bayvel-Timsh'l Illistim.
She appears to be an Elf.
She is taller than average with a slender willowy form and appears to be youthful. She has silver-lashed misty grey eyes and silky smooth, fair skin. She has lustrous, hip-length silver blonde hair knotted loosely at the nape of the neck and graced with a thin silver wirework circlet with a downward sweep of snowy owl feathers. She has naturally glossy, rose-pink tinted lips. Peeking through her hair are dainty upswept ears tapering to fine points which enhance her fey-like countenance. She has porcelain-finished ivory polish brushed onto her immaculate fingernails.
She has a cascade of tiny silver stars tattooed over her right eyebrow that fades into her hairline, and an inking of a faint star constellation on her neck.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pair of oval-shaped spectacles, a moon-grey silk longcoat collared with wispy owl feathers, a high-collared fawn silk cotehardie bound with an onyx-clasped ivory jacquard corset, a platinum wedding ring, and some high-vamp ivory damask chopines.

Pale ivory damask has been stretched tightly across the high vamp of these slender backless chopines to provide the perfect canvas for an abstract owl design. The subtle blend of colors typically displayed by the stately raptor has been captured in onyx and chalcedony beading accented with gold-threaded couching and silver seed beads.

Rohese has the rich scent of fine milk chocolate wafting about her, encasing the milky sweetness of cream flavored with lavender. Base notes of almond and vanilla course throughout, giving the fragrance a decadent nose.

Aru's going to RR for better hunting, after a stop over in the Landing to pay a visit to Charl's shrine.

She appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
She is average height and appears to have come of age. She has subtly slanted, faintly crimson-haloed, bright heather blue eyes and soft, immaculate alabaster skin. She has layered, silky obsidian-hued hair bound into a twisted infinity knot by some sharp black steel hairsticks. She has a delicate face, a straight nose and a narrow waist.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a rowan-handled ebon steel morning-star in her right hand.
She is wearing a leather and steel gorget lined with soft linen, a draping obsidian-hued wool pelisse with a high framing collar, a slender obsidian and cardinal glass reliquary inlaid with black pearls slung over her shoulder, a suit of fitted obsidian leather brigandine scaled with despanal-hued steel, some onyx leggings cross-wrapped with silk ribbon, and some polished jet black scaled leather thigh-boots.

The tapering dark rowan handle has been worn smooth by age, the intricate rings and grooves carved into the wood to provide grip nearly indistinguishable by color variance alone. A slender, dark steel chain extends from a silver-inlaid cap wrought in the shape of a coiled sephwir branch. Attached to the end of the chain is a massive black steel ball, its surface covered in a dense pattern of long and faintly curved spikes, each implement sharpened to a needle point. You notice a small enchanter's glyph and Bluesmith's crafting mark.
