I'm sure the reality of your objection is that you're closeted Republican and like the rest of the idiots representing your team in the California legislature, are upset California isn't instead giving all the money to businesses. They forget, as you have, that rebates and stimulus go a long way to /positively/ effecting businesses and the economy.
