She appears to be a Sylvankind.

She has long, fine mournbloom black hair worn in two curly pigtails peeking out from behind a pair of suede headbands affixed with oversized copper-framed goggles. Though her features are predominantly Sylvan, subtleties in the shape of her face and the tilt of her eyes appear faintly Erithian. She has glossy white-tipped lacquer brushed onto her squared fingernails.
She has a pair of tiny silver loops set along the slender tips of her pointed ears, and a tiny blue water drop tattoo on the inside of her left wrist.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing an oxidized steel kraken choker, a cameo pink waistcoat-style corset cinched in black leather over a grey-striped sleeveless licorice cotton top, a dual-clasped leather satchel, a heather grey ruffled cotton skirt, and a pair of thigh-high stockings with rose and charcoal stripes under some mushroom suede spike-heeled boots laced from toe to knee.

Skirt: Draped beneath a wide, glossy black leather belt, this short skirt barely reaches mid-thigh in front while descending to the ankle in back. Layers of ruffles stack along the hem, each one a varying shade of grey, giving the otherwise simple skirt the appearance of volume.
