Sadly, none of this does anything to find out why young men (white, black, brown...) are lashing out like this. I think the best theory I have come across thus far is the lessening demand for the subconscious primal role of males in a society.

Which one specifically are you referring to? They all have been charged with either weapons violations or threats and harassment.

This is actually a thing.

It's probably a combination of 24/7 bullshit news cycle, and social media where everyone is convinced that they're super important to society and that they matter in the grand scheme of things.
