You know growing up on a farm, they're usually working before school and after dinner, right?

Feel free to quote where it says anything at all about them working insteadof going to school, and also anything that indicates anyone is being forced to do anything.

The government protects kids from parents who are abusing and exploiting them. The growing number of Republican legislatures giving into industry lobbyists to gut child labor laws is an atrocious example of that party using corrupt parents to appease employer needs.

I had a job when I was 14 in California of all states, and I was working with a hot stove, boiling hot oil, a walk in freezer, and toxic chemicals, all of which could have seriously injured me a whole lot more than carrying around beer. Not to mention I seriously walked 4 miles to work after school, as in actually walked 4 miles, not one of those dad stories of "I walked 10 miles to school, uphill!" I worked until 9PM on school nights and 10PM on non-school nights.

Seriously, Seran, can you just shut the fuck up for 24 hours?

I don’t know the man beyond the PC, but I can tell his parents taught him personal accountability & solid moral values. I don’t know you either, but I can tell that yours did not. It also seems government failed to provide you a meaningful education.
