I am not a frequent poster in this thread but...

The beautiful thing about music is when you feel that a song speaks to you. Not you relating to a song, because that is easy and happens often. The best kind of music is when you are in the perfect moment in time, the song plays at that moment, and you believe that the music is specifically playing for you and no one else. It is in fact narcissism, but fuck I love it when I am tricked into believing...

Anyways, I experienced that today. Today I was exactly in the right place and time, and this song played through my car speakers, from my MP3 player's 50,000 + random song playlist. So random in fact that I didn't even know I had this particular song. That, my friends, is when music is transformed into magic.

What I was doing, the song that I heard, or why I felt this spoke to me doesn't matter. Everyone has their own reasons, and it wouldn't make sense from one individual to the next. Magic happens.
