Yeah, that is a question I always had about this shit. When I leave a job, I don't get to keep access to my old job so why do they? Also, if they need info from them or something, there is always "need to know" access where they can simply determine that for X item they "need to know" and go from there. Seriously, why is this an issue, you leave the job, you turn in your badge, your access and here is a watch or boot in the ass?
