finally got around to attending Ebons Gate. Here is Ayamei's costume

She appears to be a Sylvankind.
She is shorter than average. She has large ice blue eyes and fair skin. She has shoulder length, chestnut brown hair tied into a loose ponytail with a simple grey leather cord. She has long pointed ears.
Her face is concealed by a delicate argent gossamer scarf woven with frost opal beading.
She has a series of tiny golden rings set along the slender tips of her pointed ears, an oak leaf tattoo on her ankle, and a tattooed pair of white wings on her back.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a slightly tarnished brass halo, some white feathered angel wings, a pure white bodice, a white satchel with stars and moons stitched along the bottom, a neat white skirt, some sheer white silk stockings, and a pair of spidersilk slippers.

For the gala tonight. I was thiiiiiiiiis close to having her wear nothing but her sonic armor but I figured hey, this is a family game.

She appears to be an Elf.
She is average height and appears to be an adult. She has slanting, mismatched grey and black eyes and intensely pale skin. She has long, glass-smooth deep scarlet hair held in a loose chignon by a full-circle halo of thin branches. She has a refined collection of quintessentially Elven features, from the sharply defined cheekbones and patrician nose to the delicate outline of her jaw.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pair of chandelier earrings dangling shoulder-length lattices of shadowy wraithaline beads, a grey bullseye tabby fur shoulder-wrap, a coraesine ring-of-flames solitude band, a strapless grey chiffon gown with tiny jewels glinting in the artfully shredded full trailing skirt, and some webbed leather sandals set on attenuated stiletto heels.

You see Lady Traiva Verethundi the Incantress.
She appears to be an Aelotoi of the Mrae'ni Clan.
She is shorter than average and appears to be young and sprightly. She has smoldering, viridian-flecked dark hazel eyes, glossy rose pink full lips, and rose-tinted ivory skin. She has long, dark copper hair swept into a voluminous twist and secured with a faenor comb. She has a heart-shaped face and high cheekbones. A multi-toned lagoon blue eostone with a sleek metallic sheen is positioned between her eyes, which casts a sparkling deep blue sheen across her face. She has a pair of jade-veined elongated emerald wings.
She has a knotwork and dragonfly tattoo on her neck, and some black opal teardrop earrings in the ridges of both her ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a wide velveteen choker set with a star emerald, a gold-spotted black velvet wrap clasped by a hammered golvern stag's head, a green-black silk velvet gown, an emerald-set gold wedding ring, and a pair of golden velvet high-heeled shoes buttoned with black opals.

Stylized dragonflies are inked in shades of blue and green, the hues varying in intensity along the length of each insect. Small deep green circles of intricate knotwork connect the dragonflies to form the appearance of a chain around the neck. The outline of a stag's head is inked in dark gold at the back of the neck, nestled between two dragonflies.

The sumptuous emerald-tinted silk velvet has been cut into a backless gown with a low sweetheart neckline. Burnished gold velvet armbands bearing cutouts of leaping stags are attached to the bodice by thin strips of black silk. An intricate design of dragonflies and stag heads is embroidered onto the skirt in dark gold thread, heavy along the slight train and hem and fading as it rises along the graceful folds until it disappears completely halfway up the skirt.

A large marquis-cut emerald sits centered in display, flanked by four smaller matched stones of similar color and cut, the whole of the arrangement suggesting a stylized dragonfly. It perches atop a band of fiery reddish gold, engraved about its span with a subtle pattern of sinuous wisps.

The hair is a wig from Gweedetta, and the shoes are from Riend (made just before EG, because I knew I was getting the gown done at the first general alter merchant I could get to!).

Yay new dresses.

You see Arulisse the Life Giver.
She appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
She is average height and appears to have come of age. She has subtly slanted, faintly crimson-haloed, bright heather blue eyes and soft, immaculate alabaster skin. She has layered, silky obsidian-hued hair styled into a complex arrangement of looping and draping plaits, woven through with a trio of perfect crimson roses. She has a delicate face, a straight nose and a narrow waist.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a draping obsidian-hued wool pelisse with a high framing collar, a triangular smooth obsidian collar, a sideless ebon silk tunic dress bound around the chest with thin leather straps, a matte black invar rose wristlet with twining thorny vines, and some thin-soled leather sandals with calf-length ties.

Victorian-inspired outfits are now retired for the year, moving on for late fall...

She is taller than average and appears to be an adult. She has almond-shaped steel grey eyes, glossy eahnor red full lips, and golden brown skin. She has long, thick jet black hair. She has a narrow face, a thin nose and sharp pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a black lace hair-ornament pinned by a tiny grey pearl, a pair of metallic pearl earbobs, a grey-shadowed pelisse of jet black taffeta, a thin silver matinee rope necklace, a high-waisted gown of fluid pure black silk, a pleated glossy silk bag secured with a silver pearl catch, and a pair of black silk slippers propped on ebonwood heels.

She appears to be a Sylvankind of the Fresiawn D'ahranal.
She is shorter than average and appears to be very young. She has wide periwinkle blue eyes and fair skin. She has unruly, flaxen hair left to spill loose down her back except for a single narrow braid that wraps her head in a tight coronet. The freckle-dusted tips of her pointed ears stick out from beneath her hair. A trilliant-cut pale golden amber is affixed to the center of her forehead.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pale honey-hued daffodil tucked behind one ear, a supple russet suede longcoat cut to flare at the hips, a wide-sleeved ivory chainsil shirt, a thin clouded amber ring encased in pale willow wood, a matte ivory instrument case, some soft honey amber silk trousers, and a pair of modest russet doeskin wide-cuffed boots.

Fashioned of willow wood and amber, the ring is comprised of two bands wedded to become one. The larger band has slightly higher walls designed to loosely cradle the smaller band, which is free to spin around the other piece without coming loose. The amber portion is formed from a series of teardrops laid end to end against a mithril backing, though the dozens of inclusions clouding each greenish droplet prevent the metal from shining through. Heavy polishing makes the willow gleam more brightly than the gems.

The case has a show, but it's been shared here before. The boots are by Laphrael. Everything else is off the shelf (though, does it count as off the shelf if it's from a merchant I designed? Heh.)

He is wearing a deeply-hooded brilliant white cloak trimmed with crimson eahnor runes along the hem and secured at the shoulder with an intricately crafted silver wyvern clasp, a durable Vaalorian pikeman's harness, a lustrous white reticulated wyvern-scaled pauldron padded with supple crimson leather, a suit of eahnor-banded Vaalorian field plate embossed with opalescent elven sigils, a resplendent white veniom-scaled surcoat cinched with a wide crimson leather belt, a variety of belt-worn pouches, a thin crimson leather prayer book satchel tightly fastened with two silver fist toggles, a platinum-bound bronze badge, a malachite-set silver bracelet, a silver fisted eahnor signet ring engraved with intricate flowing elven script, an expertly carved glowbark band set with a tiny eahnor leaf, a small jewel encrusted censer suspended from a thick silver chain, a string of dark crimson prayer beads scuffed from years of handling, a sacramental wineskin, some lustrous white wyvern-scaled legguards padded with supple crimson leather, and a pair of supple black leather boots trimmed with silver runes of mobility and strength.
