In this war, between Russia and Ukraine. Which of the two countries, has better and more modern equipment? Which country can’t even feed, or outfit their troops?

Yes, the west is supplying Ukraine, but they are also the ones using these resources, and Ukraine is winning strictly because of western support and resources.

How much of our resources is enough though to where we keep putting our own problems on the back burner so we can throw all our money at Ukraine? How many billions/trillions do they need to "win"?
