Hamas has also been known to launch rockets from schools and hospitals to shield themselves from potential return attacks.

If a hospital was struck, that sucks, but don’t support a terrorist organization.

The terror organization does that for the sheer opportunity to create chaos and adversity, the fact they setup in population centers is it's example. They misfired and hit a hospital? The likelihood is they targeted it directly for an opportunity to blame Israel.
