Users in general are a pain in the penis (more so on the software side of things compared to the hardware side). Being a douce to them for being users isn't the answer.

Another analyst's client keeps calling me for issue resolution. I've brought it up several times to our boss but it doesn't change. I was watching my son (3 on the 25th) when I started to lose vision- first blurring and then eventually actual blind spots encompassing the greater part of my vision... it got to the point where it was like looking through a tiny window out of my eye instead of normal range of vision.
