Residents of the city are saying all of this is happening, the main claim the media latched onto was the pets being eaten.

Just because you choose to be fooled doesn't mean the residents haven't been making these claims.

It's almost impossible for most of these claims to not be true. You can't bring 20k people into a town of 60k and not expect some bad shit to happen.
