What Are You Wearing?

Four completely unadorned crystal rings are bound together by snowy white silken threads to create a base for another ring, which rests at the center. Each ring is filled with differing oils dyed in the shades of ebony, crimson, viridian, niveous, and lapis. Delicate writing graces each ring, while a simple silk cord is attached to one of the rings so that the symbol can be hung from the wearer's neck at an angle.

Golden veins lace through this large emerald to form a crown in its watery depths. The stone's color is a green so vibrant, it threatens to surpass the restrictions of sight and express its perfection in fragrance as well as beauty. Fitted into the smooth top of the stone is a slender chain of pure golden links, while a thin skein of yellowish gold foil fills a tiny etched script at its back.

Feeling vividly colorful for tomorrow, for some reason. Also, seizing one of the last opportunities to wear sandals before winter sets in. Everything except the wrap is off-the-shelf or altered by others and I bought it from player shops.

She is wearing a rope-like helix of green-gold blazestar beads, a petite lush firecat fur shoulder-wrap, a pomegranate marbrinus cotehardie with a pleated fan train, a girdle of interlocking green amber-set mahogany scales, and some flat-soled leather sandals fastened with gilded rings.

Shoulder-wrap:
Exceedingly soft in texture, the plush fur sweeps through a range of fiery hues from blazing red to pale gold. Dark bronze silk lines the pelt with a pair of matching buttons nestled into the fur to clasp the wrap close.

Since I sold so much of Lysistrata's wardrobe before I left for a couple years, I was missing a key item. That space was filled this afternoon. BEHOLD. The pimp coat.

This was for last night's Ladies' Choice Dance that ended the Fall Festival in Solhaven.

She has a pair of jade-veined elongated emerald wings.
She has a knotwork and dragonfly tattoo on her neck, and a pair of gold-wrapped carved ruby earrings in the ridges of both her ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a translucent chalcedony rose suspended from a thin silk ribbon, a flowing pale grey silk overgown with a silver brooch over a low-necked carmine gown of fine watered silk, a silk-webbed glowbark fan, an emerald-set gold wedding ring, a gathered purse of dark satin-corded marbrinus, and some sparkling crystal-heeled slippers.

Been having to work on getting outfits put together but this is my hanging in the Shining City outfit for now.

He is very tall and appears to be young and robust. He has fervid, silver-speckled faenor-hued eyes and tanned skin. He has shoulder length, wavy caramel hair highlighted with warm gold tones and tousled into casual disarray. He has an angular face, a classical nose and tall upswept pointed ears.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a deep brown rich leather longcoat clasped with a bronze-dipped faewood square, a jade and onyx-inset rose talisman, a high-collared niveous satin shirt, a cordovan leather belt with an antiqued brass buckle, some tan leather trousers, and some slouched nutmeg brown boots tied up the back.

You see your talisman. Pieces of jade and onyx are set into background of pale faewood to form this talisman, strung from a simple knotted leather cord. The tiles of jade have been cleverly placed around the outside of the onyx shards, defining the edges and forming the image of a stylized onyx rose against the green jade background. The narrow faewood frame which encompasses the gem shards appears to be carved with a random pattern, but upon closer inspection resolves into a repeating pattern of tiny roses.

It is surrounded by a scintillating light.

Very very nice. Kynthelig always looks presentable though. =)
