Quick and easy exchange with Jarvan. He even tested things for me when I wasn't available to log in.
I did the merchanting with both Neimanz and Jarvan recently. Neimanz was accommodating to a request of mine and Jarvan was quick as a whip. You could even reverse those statements between those two merchants and it would still be true.
