A delicate tracery of laurel leaves inked in black and grey encircling her throat.

You can get chignon with hair-altering hairsticks anyway, so don't get your features altered into that. I know of at least two people who did that before the hair-altering stuff came out and kicked themselves afterwards. Anyway, the hairsticks look like this:
Before

The hairsticks can also hold the hair in a twisted infinity knot, a spiral knotted bun, or a casual roll at the nape of the neck. There are also barrettes, hairbeads, circlets, et cetera... that show up in the hair slot when you wear them, so there's no need to waste your time altering the hair up.
