Yeah..I'm about to also be paying rent + mortgage. Blows. You know what the best part is? When I went away on vacation at Christmas, I actually said (aloud), "I hope this place burns to the ground while I'm gone." Then, when I came home, it was flooded from our idiotic neighbors and their lack of heat in NH winter.
