Nobody makes a sweeping rock opera quite like Led Zeppelin. I've noticed, though, that even younger people gravitate towards "the classics"...maybe because it's generally accepted as a sign of good taste, or maybe because this whole rap thing really isn't that old yet as far as music goes...the average T.I or 2chainz fan would be more likely to pop in some NWA than the average Blake Shelton or Brad Paisley fan would be to pop in some Hank Sr, I think.
Always liked X. Kinda easy to lose in the Busta Rhymes/Ja Rule/DMX/throaty-angry-aggressive rap style, imo...he didn't really do anything amazing that we can look back and go "man, that X, he was something else"...still fine to listen to.Quote:
