This forum is largely unmoderated, and by largely I mean that it is unmoderated. If it crashes, someone might come moderate. If someone abuses the forum in such a way that it affects users access to it, someone might come moderate. But otherwise, there's no moderation. So yes, to answer your question, we are allowed to just make stuff up about members now. Additionally, that's kinda TGOs MO if you haven't noticed, making shit up about other people. It's kinda his favorite thing to do in any given post, make up what someone thinks, says, feels, wears, eats, etc.. It's the bulk of his content.

One can only hope that children can grow up and post legitimate information. Shit posting usually stops when folks get past their teens, but I understand it's now the Conservative standard for looking important.
