What Are You Wearing?

So, I got invited to a wedding at the last second, and got to throw something together. I was happy with how it came out.

You see High Lord Strydyr Dyvinriel.
He appears to be a Half-Elf from Vornavis.
He is average height and appears to be young and robust. He has brooding midnight blue eyes and pale skin. He has short, wind-swept chestnut brown hair with several longer locks falling across his eyes. He has a strongly masculine face, a thin aquiline nose and a clean-shaven, chiseled jawline culminating in slightly upswept ears.
He has a small dark shard-shaped mark on his neck, a crossed claidhmore tattoo on his arm, and a trail of stylized black and crimson flames tattooed down the left side of his neck.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a stiff ebon damask bowtie, a high-collared fitted black linen jacket, a pleated ebon silk vest over a long-sleeved white linen shirt, some bloodstone-set polished onyx cufflinks, a silver-etched bloodjewel band, some elegantly tapered black trousers, and some polished black leather brogues laced with silk cord.

I can't shake the black and white phase for some reason. Now with flashy business card sleight of hand!

You see Laphrael Miran'ta the Master Cobbler.
She appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
She is lithely petite and appears to have come of age. She has indigo-limned deep cerulean eyes and soft, lily-white skin. She has mid-length, wavy deep red hair falling in a riotous mass of wild twists and thick curls. She has a high-cheekboned, yet subtly rounded face, an upturned nose and a narrow waist. She has a light peppering of freckles on her cheeks, and faintly curving natural-toned lips. An oval-cut white starstone with night blue accents is positioned between her eyes, which casts a sparkling bluish white sheen across her face.
She has a spiraling obsidian eight-pointed star tattoo under her left collarbone on her chest, and a pair of tattooed and furled ivory wings protruding from each shoulder blade on her back.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing an organza-trim white faille tricorn fanned with long ivory feathers, a lapis-strung ivory ribbon choker, a black-on-lily tiered angular corset, a slate-hued leather sheath with crossing waist straps, a deep sable fel sewing kit lacquered to a brilliant shine, a pair of wide-legged black linen pants with crisp creases, and some tall open-toed wedge sandals made of creamy pebbled leather.

This strapless corset features two distinct tiers bound through crisscrossed lacing down the sides. The top layer is crafted from jet black satin cut with a very deep, plunging neckline and open back that traces down into pointed tails. This is set over a sculpted suede short corset-styled layer of brilliant lily white color, the neckline of which peaks at tall sharp angles before dipping into a low v-cut, trimmed with a wispy frame of ivory marabou feathers.

Elegantly engraved inside the sandals is the name 'Laphrael Miran'ta'.

You can see that there's further writing on the card, in COMMON. It reads:

This card features a stylistic heeled ankle-boot whose ribbon laces unfurl into a scrollwork border of gold foil-inlaid aubergine. To the left of the image, in elegantly curling script, is the phrase "The Curvaceous Cordwainer" and signed below with flair:

That corset is totally Diane de Poitiers. She had an addiction to black/white after she wore it for mourning.

Yeah, I'm going to need to know if any of that is off-the-shelf and if not I'm going to request first shot when Mokie auctions what appears to be an absolute trove of men's clothing.

Bowtie - I bought from a FWI Summer fest 2 years ago...I think?

The jacket was from the boutique on FWI??

Vest....Mokie found for me I'm not sure where...

White shirt - I used to own one, but Mokie stated she has a few in her Solhaven shop.

Cufflinks she pulled out of thin air.. I had some Deathstone cufflinks in my locker but she didn't think that was appropriate for a wedding. hehe

Trousers I've had for some time

The jacket was from Engaged in Elegance, For Him at last year's EG.

The vest is available in the Boutique on FWI for a little over 1k

The shirts I do have available in my shop, they happen to be dagger concealers as well. I picked them up at the traveling caravan earlier this year.

The bloodstone band is actually morphing jewelry from the 2001 run of the Dhu, if memory serves. It has four different forms: band, bracer, earring, and talisman, with a show on each of them.

I keep Laphrael locked in her cobbling workshop to make awesome shoes on demand....or um, I mean she's the best and you should check her out for all your cobbling needs!

Is true! Honestly, I always love going through this thread and seeing Laph-made shoes showing up with some regularity now. It's pretty darn flattering.

What she fails to mention is her own level of amazing awesome for working on the future "order by email" website. Excitement!

She has lustrous, quicksilver-hued hair bound into a twisted infinity knot by a set of five widowwood hairsticks. She has a heart-shaped face, a classical nose and narrow pointed ears. A small heart-shaped beauty mark perches below the sweep of her arched left brow.

She has some maernstrike diamond studs set in platinum and gold lover's knots set along the slender tips of her pointed ears, and a delicate wild orchid tattoo on her ankle.

She is in good shape.

She is holding a slim red leather clutch set with repousse gold panels in her left hand.

She is wearing a collar of tear-cut rubies and spherical diamonds, an ankle-length slim red silk gown, a ruby velvet fan split by fluted gold blades, a sapphire and mithril band, and a pair of cherry red silk sandals.
