That about sums up my positions on this, yes.

Also notice I blamed the driver for running over people, I did not blame the car nor the people who got ran over.

Latrin even convinced me it was stupid to tell people they shouldn't protest in the streets so I am now firmly in favor of people protesting in the streets. Thanks, Latrin!

But what about peoples' feelings? There's a pretty good chance that time4fun is suffering from PTSD just from reading about this event on Facebook.

Typically how these rallies/counter protests go is the police are informed of both sides wanting to stage their own rally and knowing there is going to be trouble the police act as a buffer by ensuring both sides are given a place to protest and making sure the two sides stay separated.

Now the police knew these Antifa fucks were going to counter protest anyways because of all of the advertising on social media so this shouldn't have caught them off guard yet the police still did next to nothing to ensure the two had their own place to protest and that the two groups were kept separated.

What ended up happening was the Antifa fucks were basically allowed to do whatever they wanted.
