I think the police believed it was a hostage situation, the guy was apparently barricaded in the classroom.

The school also claimed it was in lockdown, but that was pretty damn easy for him to get in there, so they were probably also saying that to cover their own asses.

anyone remember eric harris and dylan klebold? both were raised in "traditional households", with eric's father in the air force and his mother being a homemaker, weird.

but, yeah, let's forget that one and just concentrate on how kids are school shooters because there is no way that a mother and father can be abusive to a child and fuck them up. even if they are abusive, that's way better than two loving gay men raising a child, or two caring grandparents. heaven forbid! must protect that social fabric!
