Again I said it was under 3% (the sources I read said 2.9%), I didn't say it was the lowest ever on record.

Historically under 3% inflation is pretty darn good. Not the best, but certainly not the worst.

The real answer is 0 to very little will be added to the tax deficit. The GDP growth will offset most of the tax cuts and strengthening border control. Totally worth it.
