Yeah. I wouldn't classify it in the good category (I would his Testify remix). It did cause a group of people gathered around gaming yesterday to get into a debate when it came up on a friend's Pandora though, so I hunted down what it was.

There's a whole sort of hipster "Doing it because sped up samples is not cool" vibe.

Yeah, I liked that much more. And through the power of YouTube, I've listened to a few more of his remixes. The Bob Marley/MGMT remix appealed to me in that it was rough in parts, unabashedly so. Which made me like it more than something that was studio streamlined.

Yeah. Saw him spin and his partner rap a bit back and it was great. They just haven't seem to quite get it together recorded though. That Rebel track, as questionable as it was, definitely inspired talking, though the main trend was "WTF are they doing?"
