What Are You Wearing?

Oh ffs. It's not impossible for two or more people to think of the same thing. This is what I tell myself whenever I see my old designs plundered for whole phrases. -.-; I wouldn't feel so irritated if they'd give credit but oh well.

Anyway, it really is totally possible. What's-her-face.. Beca? I have no idea why I think that's her name.. anyway. Both of us submitted designs to the Nalea gown contest and then when Nalea was actually giving them out, we both pulled out our design lists and exchanged in a chat. At least five or six designs were nearly word-for-word the same and we'd never discussed it at all.

It happens.

I could care less, personally.

I just like giving Shari shit, in fact I do so when I've got the chance and she the same to me.

Oh good. Whew. I was worried about who would be around to give Shari shit. I mean... she got addicted and then I left and how's she supposed to get her fix?

Jaysehn gave the pendant to Michiko last night after a cute speech at their engagement party. He had asked if there was anything that she wanted when they got engaged, and she jokingly told him Krrska. :)

She appears to be a Half-Sylvan.
She is short in stature and appears to have come of age. She has long-lashed, expressive twilight blue eyes and smooth, creamy skin. She has long, silky raven black hair that flows smoothly down her back, curling at the tips to brush against her hips. She has a finely contoured symmetrical face, an upturned nose and wide hips. She has petite, upswept ears that taper to delicate points.
She has a set of five lustrous onyx rings set along the slender tips of her pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing an onyx-pinned cream leather hat, an onyx-chained fused vaalin pendant, a contrasting cream and charcoal bourde longcoat flared at the hips, a single-strap ivory brocade bodice, a mosaic-inlaid thick silver cuff, a lapis inset mistwood ring, a pair of low-slung fitted black linen pants, and a pair of narrow-toed cream leather boots with matte silver buckles.


Pendant: With the hue of an ebon sky, the chain is composed of dozens of crescent-cut onyx links. Each link is lightly peppered with the tiniest pips of inset vaalin, leaving each looking like a night sky in miniature. The stone hanging from it, however, is the clear focus of the piece. Contained within a miniature cage wrought of a tiny webwork of carved onyx, a star-like fusion of pearlescent vaalin winds its way around a carefully carved diamond core ending in eight delicate points.

Bodice: Fashioned from ivory brocade with subtle silver threading, this bodice is designed to be supported by a single strap, leaving the left shoulder bare. Tiny onyx grommets are set down the sides of the garment, allowing the wearer to lace it as tightly as desired with charcoal suede cords.

Bodice, cuff, and ring have all been shown before.

Beautiful design on the pendant.

She is average height and appears to be in the bloom of youth. She has refulgent hematite-hued eyes and fair skin. She has shoulder length, glossy brunette hair with lighter streaks. She has an angular face, an upturned nose and thin eyebrows.

She is holding some supple garnet leather gloves in her right hand and an exquisite bloodjewel mirror in her left hand.
She is wearing a jaunty black cavalier's hat, a wide velveteen choker set with an intense red triskelion-cut bloodjewel, a cropped ebony silk velvet jacket, an open-necked deep black silk shirt, a pleated black silk corset laced with crimson lace ribbons, a voluminous black silk skirt, and a pair of elegant charcoal leather riding boots.

He appears to be a Half-Elf from Ta'Faendryl.
He has shadowed night black eyes and ebon skin. He has very short, spiky red hair running in a straight line from back to front, leaving the rest of the scalp bald. He has two jagged scars that cross over each eye.
His face is concealed by a spiked black steel mask.
He has a thin black vaalin ring in the middle of his nose.
He is in good shape.
He is holding a night black deringo recurve bow in his left hand.
He is wearing a black mithril skullcap, a series of needle-fine steel hooks on delicate chains, an ebon-sheened pale silver gorget, a scorched black cassock, a pitch black heavy leather training glove covered with deep talon marks, a blood-red thorned rose stickpin, a thin curved silver needle, a sanguine leather archery satchel clasped with an ebonwood toggle slung over his shoulder, a silver obsidian-inset case, a tattered ebon shroud, some scored mithril-studded vambraces, a carved star ruby ring, a plain gold ring, a black leather hip-sack, a deep black quiver, some torn pants, some ornate mithril flanged chausses, and some boots.


>look mask
Many nicks and scratches mark the surface of the mask, giving tale to its years of use. Coal black scorch marks run across the eyes dampening any glare. Completing the mask razor sharp spikes have been set across the temple and browline.

>look gorget
Veins of obsidian sweep through the pale silver metal, streaking it with an ebony sheen that creates an almost charred appearance. A row of narrow eahnor hooks serve to secure the piece around the neck.

>look cassock
Threadbare and blackened from searing burns, the cassock is now nearly ruined. Woven bits of the original ebon-hued silk fabric still hold up despite the obvious mistreatment of the garment. The hem, however, has suffered much damage and its remnant is little more than tattered strips that whip about in the slightest breeze.

>look shroud
The majority of the garment is in heavy disarray, with serious scuffing and wear covering the fabric. Tatters hang at its hem and edges among wisps of frayed fabric and thread.

>look vamb
The vambraces have been cold forged from bluish-black mithglin and run from the wrist up past the elbow ending in a scythe-like curve. Engraved upon the surface are tiny gruesome figures engaged in an epic battle. One prominant figure, still untouched by the pitting covering most of the surface, shows a face twisted in a cruel sneer of rage and hatred. Hoisted above his head a small childlike form hangs limply, dripping what can only be construed as blood upon the ground.

>look pants
These ripped pants are poorly crafted from a scratchy wool material dyed a deep black hue. The stitching running up one leg is deep crimson, and the other mismatched leg sports thread that is faded silver. A few places have become slightly more worn out than others, mostly along the front of the thighs and the area where one would sit. Numerous tiny slashes and spots of dried blood mar the entire surface of this garment. The bottom of each pant leg ends in a wide boot cut with a tattered fringe.

look chausses
Crudely forged from bluish-black mithglin, the chausses come to dull points at each pieces' tip. A matching floating poleyn provides protection for the knees of the wearer. Running the length of the chausses' shin plates are sharpened mithril flanges.

>look boots
These sturdy boots are well used, scuffed and splattered with the detritus of years of battle. They look like they're broken in and very comfortable. You also notice a small enchanter's glyph.
