What Are You Wearing?

yes i'm going to try and make it to some of the events if i can, there are a couple that aren't going to be too late for me :-D

Sad to say there are some I just don't need or have the time for since they fall right in the middle of my work week. I'm more curious about the lectures of each location than another weapon/armor alteration I don't need. More general alters are a good thing. :)

To stay on topic here's the girl I've been playing the most with recently. She's a fire mage and I'm trying to show that by keeping her in a lot of warm toned metals/reds and the cloak needs to be redone. The fucking merchant the other morning told me I needed my long descripton to be less than 12 words and that I had to change the robe base it was into a cloak.

She appears to be a Nalfein Elf.
She is shorter than average and appears to be immature. She has lash draped topaz-encircled brilliant cyan eyes and alabaster skin. She has chin length, silky coal black hair with longer layers of fiery gold and umber framing her face. She has sharp pointed ears.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a layered cloak of gilded bronze silk with a belt of firestone orbs, a pale gold chiffon blouse, a coral and ivory wristlet, a gold-latched pale mistwood case, a flame-hemmed claret and gold skirt, and some coppery calf-tied sandals.

I saw her earlier and was going to post her under Outfit Award but you beat me to it!

Made me want to dust off my fire mage too ....

She appears to be a Faendryl Dark Elf.
She is tall and appears to be very young. She has long-lashed hazel eyes and dusky skin. She has very long, perfectly smooth deep red hair that flows past her hips in a fiery curtain. She has an angular face, a small nose and sharply-curved pointed ears.
She has a dragon-shaped ruby stud in the upper ridge of her left ear, a coiled gold dragon tattoo on her neck, and a fiery crimson blazestar tattoo on the palm of her left hand.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a beautiful sunset-hued hand mirror edged in golden ora in her right hand.
She is wearing a crimson blazestar ferroniere on a herringbone vaalorn chain, a gold-streaked firecat skin harness, a reddish-gold firecat hide bag, a delicate teardrop ruby pendant, a luxuriant reddish-gold firecat fur mantle lined with ebony spidersilk, a jeweled sunset-hued corslet, a low-cut ebon spidersilk bodice with deep red flame-stitched sleeves, a dainty golden charm bracelet, a red and gold scroll case, a sunset-hued silk skirt with a thigh-high side split revealing a sheer ebon spidersilk underskirt, and some tall ebon silk-lined boots.

The sunset-hued mirror says, "Une, you look good."

All based around the box found mantle and most of the stuff is off the shelf from events over the years, apart from the skirt and her armor which I had altered to match. All a bit flashy really but then she is an Eorginian worshipper.

corslet ~ Cross-laced down the back with burnished gold laces, this supple leather corslet is cinched tightly to fit snugly and accentuate a narrow waist. Although originally a rich dark brown, the leather has softened over time to subtly shift in color with every movement and glows like a fiery reddish-gold sunset. Tooled over the left shoulder is a resplendent soaring dragon, its large ebony-scaled wings outstretched to expose an underbelly encrusted with tiny, radiant fire opals.

He has short, straight midnight black hair with a longer plum-colored crest atop his head.

I *love* this hair. Of course, I was always a deviant when it came to hair alterations (I never had anything cascade or sun-kissed) but I can't help it. I love different, imaginative, wild hair.

She is wearing a wide silver choker inset with star-shaped sapphires, a high-collared deep blue silk cloak, a cobalt silk corset bound up the back with intertwining silver thorns, a mosaic-inlaid thick silver cuff, a floral-motif eahnor ring, a pair of snug ivory leather leggings open-laced down the sides, and a pair of slim cobalt leather half-boots.


Cloak: Fashioned from deep blue matte silk, the fabric of this cloak falls in graceful folds to a three-quarters' length. A trio of slender silver chains clasps the high collar, fastened together with a rose-cut sapphire brooch.

Half-boots: Faint silver tracery adorns the fine cobalt leather of the half-boots, swirling upwards in delicate whorls from the sole towards the ankle. The short rounded silver heels are slightly tapered, adding a touch of feminine grace to the footwear.

I cannot express in words how much I adore the bracelet. <3

She is wearing a simple silver circlet set with a moonstone cabochon, a silver-pinned black silk cloak, a royal purple silk corset, a silver-webbed moonstone orb bracelet, a floral-motif eahnor ring, a black taffeta skirt with tints of rich purple in its pleats, and a pair of open-toe black velvet slippers.


Bracelet: Delicate silver strands are woven into a close-knit braided mesh to form tiny web-like cages for the small orbs of silvery moonstone that form the flexible bracelet. Soft shades of silver chase one another across the pallid surfaces of the gems as light strikes them at differing angles to perfectly mimic the natural phenomenon of moonlight shining through thin clouds. A clever hasp is hidden within one of the braids so that the piece never tapers, but is always the same uniform thickness.
