And strangely enough you're not okay with cops shooting people when they point firearms at them, yet you're okay with police shooting an unarmed woman because she's entering a "restricted area."

I'm all for people defending themselves if someone is "bashing their door down". I'm just for it in more situations, than the "selective outrage crowd" that demonizes Police Officers, citizens, and home/business owners that defend themselves against people assaulting them.

Who the hell takes students - it seems like High School students? - to Afghanistan. And what is "The students had traveled to Afghanistan over the summer on special visas for US military service, according to the report."?

This seems like an odd story to me. Wish they'd provided more information on what the students were supposed to be doing, the objective of it. Weird.
