I never needed a locker character... The 80 spots in every town and my shop has always been enough space...

Yes but then I'd have to travel to other cities just to pick up my clothing each day. That would le suck. Its much easier to keep it all in one town and simply transport the characters to FWI where Jolena can meet, change out clothes and drop off old ones to put up. :)
