I'm sure you've read the whole thing explaining why that is... specifically that Medicare outlays wouldn't be reduced by the ACA resulting in less spend in one area, and more in another. I'm sure you realize the CBO says it will increase the deficit if we stop the ACA because about a trillion dollars of revenue, via penalties and taxes upon the American public, wouldn't happen?
