Even Lasik surgery is considered cosmetic and not covered by insurance. Their reason is because you could just get glasses instead even though you're still fixing an actual medical problem.Quote:

I know man i had to pay a shit load for normal teeth because it was "cosmetic".
I payed for one of my employees teeth to get fixed. She was so embarrassed her tooth got chipped. She was older and taking care of her sick husband. She didn't have any money. Payed for insurance for like 50 years. They wouldn't pay for a crown on her front tooth. Couldn't live with seeing that. People need to look around and take care of older people and stop worrying about there over inflated egos.
