I am not a huge fan of restricting folks from being able to purchase fake meat. I won’t eat it but I also think if they want to eat it they should be able to. It bugs the shit out of me that my own state does not let me sell raw milk to folks who want to buy it. I know that’s apples to oranges but I still think they should be able to get their fake meat if they want to eat it

Have you seen the film the Matrix? If so, remember that guy Cypher who betrayed Morpheus and his crew? He met with Agent Smith and in exchange for his cooperation wanted to return to the Matrix. He talks about eating a juicy steak knowing that it’s not real but doesn’t care. That could never be me, but a lot of people would agree with Cypher’s reasoning today. Also, not trying to insult you or insinuate that you would, but I find it to be an interesting philosophical discussion.
