What Are You Wearing?

The Tehir.

She appears to be very young and shorter than average. She has beautifully coal black-outlined piercing brown eyes and olive skin. She has waist length, thick jet black hair. She has an angular face, a straight nose and slender wrists.
She has a series of fractured bone shards in her right eyebrow.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a sheer saffron silk face-veil, a large gold disc suspended from a twisted chain, a heavy yierka-hide burnoose, a wrapped natural linen top, some pallid snakeskin armor, a round silk coin purse, a long saffron silk kerchief skirt, an anklet strung with dozens of gold discs, and some flat-soled leather sandals fastened with gilded rings.

I *think* this is what Strata'll be wearing to the ball tonight. Gotta help represent Elanthian Elegance!

You see Lady Lysistrata Scio.
She appears to be a Nalfein Elf.
She appears to be young and average height. She has slanting, mismatched grey and black eyes and intensely pale skin. She has long, perfectly straight deep scarlet hair secured into a spiral knotted bun by a halo of long sharp lor hairsticks. She has a fine-boned, patrician face and meticulously groomed features.
She is in good shape.
She is holding a lace-like pierced lor fan in her right hand.
She is wearing a fine pale lor ouroboros choker, a feathery ebon basilisk skin stole, a sweeping silver and ebony bourde cotehardie with floor-length sleeves bound at the elbows, and some black silk pointy-toed slippers.

Fan:
Each of the many blades of the fan is a thinly carved slat of pale, silvery lor, pierced with an intricate pattern that creates a delicate, lace-like appearance. The two end pieces are slightly thicker and solid, covered in a layer of clear lacquer.

Choker:
The classic ouroboros shape has been skillfully rendered in pale lor, with obvious attention to detail in the realism of the serpent. With a faintly malevolent cast to its diamond-eyed face, the serpent clasps its own tail in its fanged maw to form the perfect ring of the choker.

Stole:
This long, luxurious stole is constructed of the skinned wings and back of a basilisk, and lined with butter-soft black suede. The rooster-like plumage has been carefully preserved and cared for, so that the ebon feathers gleam with beetle-green iridescence.

So...I was gonna TRY and make it to the ball, but ended up getting to drunk to drive back home so it obviously didn't happen. But this is what she was wearing for the occasion:

She has a delicately sculpted face, an upturned nose and slightly-curved, naturally tinged pink lips.
She has a faint curl of tattooed jade smoke at her nape that rises sinuously up her neck.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing a pair of sterling silver earrings inset with tiny white pearls, a radiant ghostly blue leaf strung upon a thin silver chain, a gauzy iridescent-veined ghostly blue marbrinus overgown with a trailing pleated skirt, a delicate silver-clasped handbag, a gossamer-trained ivory silk cotehardie beaded with pearls, and some ivory silk slippers.

She appears to be a Human.
She appears to be mature and of a peculiarly diminutive stature. She has mismatched cerulean and smaragdine eyes and supple sun-toned tawny skin. She has hip-length, rich maple-hued hair secured into a spiral knotted bun by some ebony hand-painted hairsticks. She has an elegantly sculpted face, a tiny single freckle beside her petite button nose and long, subtly-upturned lashes. She has soft, delicately-contoured and naturally-tinged deep rose lips. A perfectly cut violet feystone is positioned between her eyes, which casts a sparkling gold sheen across her face.
She has a blooming moonflower tattoo on her waist, and a crescent moon tattoo on her neck.
She is in good shape.
She is wearing an intricate crescent moon talisman, a misty grey pale gossamer cloak trailing wispy tendrils, an amethyst chainsil blouse banded with lilac ribbon, a hazy glass ring, a drawstring indigo brocade bag, a pair of black-sashed dusky grey silk pantaloons, and some low-heeled dark grey silk slippers.

You see Ranad.
He appears to be a Vaalor Elf.
He appears to be mature and taller than average. He has perceptive, mild ice-blue eyes and tanned skin. He has waist length, sleek silver blonde hair gathered into a sleek ponytail at the nape of his neck and secured with a simple leather hair-tie. He has slightly upswept pointed ears. He has a slight scar at the tip of one of his ears.
He has a cluster of sleek eahnor rings set along the slender tips of his pointed ears.
He is in good shape.
He is wearing a fine black wool cape trimmed with ermine, a vaalorn-edged eahnor tower shield, a tailored ebon marbrinus surcoat shot with spidery eahnor-hued veins, some vaalorn pauldrons engraved with wyvern wings, a pair of elegant black pants, and some sleek black leather boots.

Thoughts? Comments? Advice?

I'd get a different cape. I don't like the ermine with the rest of the outfit.

Honestly, too much use of the world 'sleek'

I'd find a way to eliminate some of that, personally.
