The dead and illegal aliens no longer count as registered voters.

The solution to the homeless population has nothing to do with votes. It’s out of empathy to the mentally disturbed that are incapable of self-care, and also to the rest of of civilized society.

Both can exist at the same time. I would like to prevent and deter violent crime wherever possible, but violent criminals need to be removed from society. I have sympathy for the victims not the perpetrators.
