I just have to add this here because the whole auction bid was total screen roll and in between all the bids, all this transpired within 20 seconds of me entering the room.

[Landing Hall, Garden]
This tiny garden niche provides an oasis from busy city traffic. A few small trees lend shade to the polished granite bench that rests underneath. Shrubs and flowers have been placed strategically, their colors blending together in perfect harmony. In the center of everything resides a large granite fountain, its clear blue water falling in intermittent gusts and sprays. You also see the Ahmeuseng disk, the Legaris disk, a brushed steel cart with some stuff on it and a dirt path.
