Something I have not seen anyone recall is that CoL (in a big way) and Voln are both due to get nerfed. According to NiR's quite awhile back. I look to see that happening soon seeing as this new society was released.
When it comes to nerfs, the staff just doesn't forget to implement them.

Certain signs and symbols for the CoL and Voln were said they were going to be reviewed a long time ago. It was years ago.

So is there any way to figure out if the padding stacks?
Any idea of the weighting affects of the banes work on ranged weapons or bolt spells? My guess is not, but I'm curious.
