That "NATO member" is threatening to murder all of the people in the area that we are backing the minute we withdraw our troops.

I get why people don't like Trump, he had the audacity to win in a fair election against Hillary after all. But why are we pretending everyone Trump attacks are automatically good guys?

Who's pretending that? Trump capitulated to the Turkish without fully understanding the ramifications. Then he comes back with his ridiculous "I am the great and terrible Oz" tweet. In our case, the automatically good guys are the Kurds, our allies in the war in Syria and Iraq.

It's ok, you don't need to put "capitulated" in quotes. It's apparent enough without them that he's throwing the Kurds under the bus.
