I think he's talking about the holes and dimples on the handle, which I will assume are for the screws, reducing weight, and increasing grip.

Ahh yes. And the "red bump" is part of the L.A.W.K.S. (Lake and Walker Knife Safety system), basically makes it a fixed blade while engaged and prevents accidental closure if the side lock is depressed.

I was primarily referring to the three screws in the clip. It's time for these high-magazine clips to be outlaw(r)ed. One screw is sufficient for civilian needs.
