As said... the only thing so far out of this whole thing that has any merit (IMO) - is the supposed signed document in JUN 2022 by the lawyer. Everything else is window dressing at this point.

No I was trying to encourage better posting. You finally made a post with actual facts about the situation at hand and showed a willingness to at least acknowledge some of what happened - something Trump supporters in this thread have been very reluctant to do.

Apparently it was just a moment.

And so far, neither of you has been willing to say what you think the DoJ should have done instead, nor have you been willing to say in any way that you would be okay with anyone else hiding top secret classified materials from the Federal government.

I wonder if you've even asked yourself if you can imagine the DoJ giving someone 15 months to hand classified government records over and taking their word that there were no more classified documents even after finding records like that from them not once, but twice.

And can you imagine them getting a tip that there was a lot more still being hidden- in defiance of a court ordered subpoena- and showing up with a search warrant only and NOT an arrest warrant?

It's easier for the people trying to turn us into the next Hungary to pretend there's no difference in circumstances and only entirely different and unequal responses than it is for people to educate themselves on the truth.

That's why historically governments have such stringent laws about riots and disinformation that's a national security threat. When you have someone with literally nothing to lose, they'll drag everything down with them with the hopes it'll cause a bigger problem to take precedent.

Gee, remember Seran said he was so sure that Trump would fight to keep everything a secret, and yet here we are with Trump saying release everything immediately and the DOJ kicking and screaming and fighting against having things released?

Seran wrong...again?!?!! Impossible!!

Now we just need to wait for Seran to explain how it's actually a good thing when the DOJ wants to keep things a secret.

You know, if it were just an effort to slander Donald Trump, having every bit of damning evidence, charges and laying out the criminal conspiracy for everyone to see would be a huge win. But that's not what it's about. Gathering evidence as a precursor to a possible criminal action, or dropping the matter without undo influence is our rule of law. That the Justice Department has kept things under wraps for so long is a testament to their independence.

I'm glad to know you and your people choose trial by acclimation or lynch mob over those of us who refer our current rule of law.

All of my posts are always facts... you just don't like them. That's not a me problem, that's a you problem.

Don't expect people to view your opinion, as fact... it's not.

The FACT you don't realize that... is what makes people like yourself, and Seran, so disingenuous.

And I promise you, from experience, and still to this day... I know more about classified information and it's handling then you do. That is a fact.

Lastly, you think I'm a Trump supporter - and from that standpoint, your partisan blinders take away all of your critical thinking. Did I prefer his policies over the Lefts? I sure did. Did I like how he handled the office of the Presidency in demeanor and tradition? Hell no.

But I will tell you this... He's less corrupt than the career politicians (on both sides) that you currently claim to support... and I'm 100% okay with that.

Just to put this in perspective... the Dems currently have a dude that is sitting on the Intelligence Committee with a KNOWN multi-year relationship with a Chinese spy... but for some reason he's on the Intelligence Committee?? I think that's a bit more of a red-flag than what's currently occurring... but your dumbass could give two shits... hence, disingenuous.

Another one... more recent... Tell me again why Nancy Pelosi took her son on her Far East trip with her again? Had the flight records scrubbed, and never mentioned him? But foreign reporters caught her son sitting down with leaders and businessmen at each stop. What, oh what, could he ever be doing there? Then once asked about it - she simply says... "no, he never met with anyone like that"... I mean... you'd have to be stupid to not understand what is going on... oh wait... or you.

To be constructive... let me let you in on a little tidbit... as it's very telling in this whole situation - that you gladly like to overlook...

1. DOJ and NARA had been there previously. FACT
2. DOJ and NARA had confirmed documents that needed secure storage was on sight, and they advised on it's storage. FACT

Now here's the kicker for you....

3. DOJ and NARA would not advise on the secure storage of documents, if they were not considered sensitive. FACT

So your whole narrative about hidden documents, etc... doesn't ring true from the get go for me. That is why, based upon FACTs, the outstanding issue that needs resolving and clarification is the supposed document signed by the lawyer in JUN 2022. That is what I'm waiting to hear more on.
