Technically though, isn't it correct that since his tweets are as POTUS, when he deletes a tweet its a public record and therefor breaking the law? Not that I care, just saying I do believe on the technical merits you were accurate - likely not enforceable .Quote:

I am pretty sure that the WH or others maintain a permanent record of everything even if it is removed from the platform. It's not like he deleted 33,000 e-mails that no one had access too or anything.
