He hasn’t been charged - the articles have not been sent to the Senate for trial. He is not impeached.

But he hasn't been charged until the charges are filed. If a Prosecutor just sits on charges and never files them, the person is never charged. That is what Pelosi is doing right now.

You really are dense. If the articles are sent over, then Trump is impeached. The Senate then is required to conduct a trial and the associated outcome of that trial will determine the action taken.

I know you want to live in an America where you are guilty before proven innocent but it doesn't work that way.
