I had to drop my in-laws off at the airport super early this morning so I've been at work since 430. It's amazing how much you can get done when the phone isn't ringing. I've already knocked out my entire morning calendar of things I wanted to accomplish.
I am competing in a swim meet for the first time in my 30's! Crazy.
Enjoy. I started doing triathlons in my 30s and loved it. It was my first trip back into competitive swimming since my teens. I think the best part was being smarter about the training than I was as a youngster. I've since trained two other triathletes in swimming, and that was pretty rewarding too.Quote:
