Oh hai, Houston 2 bedroom townhouses everywhere for 500. I pay a hundred more than that to be on a 'lake' 5 feet away from an 'art park'. The drawback is you sweat like balls 12 months out of the year. BUT OMG 500 DOLLARS. Texas economy ftw.
