Last time I had such bad vertigo, I nearly fell off the toilet. Twice. In one sitting. That was my signal that maybe I should mosey on over to the doctor. I hope the antibiotics aren't wrecking your intestines TOO badly.

That looks like a bunch of crowns. Those would probably pop off pretty easily regardless of if you had a mouth guard.
